Rev. Donald J. Curran Jr

Father Don Curran The Rev. Donald J. Curran Jr. attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison on a Navy scholarship and was commissioned an ensign in the Navy.  Over the course of the next 20 years, he served in various shore billets and sea tours retiring in 1990.  He attended Trinity School for Ministry in Pittsburgh, Pa. and was ordained a priest in the episcopal church in 1993.  In 2008 he was the founding pastor of Christ the King Anglican Church where…

Deacon Karen Murphy

Deacon Karen Rev Karen Murphy is a permanent Deacon at Christ the King Anglican Church. She is Director of Christian Ministries and is joyfully living out her personal, lifelong Scripture verse found in Isaiah 6:8 “Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying,  Whom shall I send and who will go for us?  Then I said, Here I am! Send me!”

Rev. Tom Carson

Father Tom Southwestern Pennsylvania is Tom’s birthplace. Tom was raised by parents who knew and loved the Lord Jesus Christ. Tom placed his faith in Jesus at about the age of 12 and continued in the church. Tom felt the called to ministry and completed his bachelor’s degree at Philadelphia College of Bible (now Cairn University) and his Master of Theology Degree at Dallas Theological Seminary. Director of Youth Ministries

Matthew Mackenzie

Director of Youth Ministries Matthew MacKenzie is an Ocala native and a graduate of Grace Christian School, our primary outreach ministry.  After graduating from the University of South Florida in 2010, he joined the staff at CTK.  Matthew loves watching the students in the Youth Ministry come to know and love Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.  He has a heart for people and loves to see the body of Christ work together in unity.
Bookkeeper

Carol Trow

Bookkeeper Carol is a native Floridian and a cradle Episcopalian/Anglican – actually 4th generation – but found her personal relationship with Jesus Christ at her 1988 Cursillo/A4D weekend. Her commitment to service for God’s kingdom includes the Daughters of the King and doing Altar Guild work. She now assists with preparation for funerals.  As a retired CPA, Carol says she is privileged to offer her accounting skills to the administration of the church.  She is an avid animal lover, especially…
Worship Leader

Rev. Bryan Pyle

Worship Leader Bryan grew up in the Episcopal Church and gave his heart and life to Jesus in college.  After spending 11+ years in youth ministry, Bryan heard a call to ordination and spent three and a half years in the Indian Ocean as a missionary and priest.  Bryan now teaches middle school science at Grace Christian School and leading the praise band at the 10:15 Sunday service at CTK.
